You do get what you pay for. Everything is cheap but it's not good quality. Most things work as they are intended but would only last one season
Helpful budget range of travelling things

Very lovely staff. There is a lady very helpfull with all you need it. Good quality and a lot to choose. Without any doubt, I will be back.
A great store with friendly staff who are always happy to help. I especially liked how they went out of their way to find what I needed

Bit hit and miss but charming staff. Reserved a hiking bag but turned up and it had somehow has been sold (bummer/how?). I was a bit annoyed (unfairly perhaps), at the Manager - very quirky young girl... Who I keep thinking about... @_@ She called another Go Outd. shop, reserved another quickly and gave concise instruction on the exact deal I wanted. In short; she found me the right £115 Rucksack and I paid £66 due to a set of cascading deals that were in place. The girls a genius! The business has nice price sense/deals deals. So... Screw scAmazon, I'd rather go somewhere that pays it's corporate tax properly.
Really good store. Huge selection of outdoor and sports stuff - I could spend hours just browsing. There is a nice outdoor area where they showcase a huge range of tents and inside is massive with areas of the store broken down into different sports e.g climbing, riding, fishing, biking and obviously hiking boots and clothing. The staff are always very helpful. To get the best prices you need to have a membership card which costs £5 a year - it's worth it if you shop here - but you can find equal or better pricing online... But that's not as much fun as coming here for a browse around.
